Arrowhead Credit Union Emphasizes Training in a Tough Economy

Riverside, CA

, November 2008---Arrowhead Credit Union recently brought together more than 70 staff team members at a sales convention and personal development training. The event was held at California State University San Bernardino.  Arrowhead Credit Union is a dynamic company that offers opportunities for their staff to grow personally and professionally.  Part of their ongoing focus is on training and developing their team members.  “To remain competitive, it is imperative that we encourage life long learning and offer our employees opportunities to refine their skills.  We know that investing in our team gives them the knowledge and tools needed to effectively service our members,” says Elsa Montes, Vice President Corporate Sales.

In addition to the focus on building stronger member relationships, one of the event highlights was a presentation on Developing Personal Power and Success Strategies delivered by Corporate Trainer and Motivational Speaker Robin De-Ivy Allen.  Ms. Allen shared with the group the 7 Secrets to Mental Fitness and Mental Mastery.   These included how to maintain a winning attitude that will consistently take anyone from where they are to where they want to be.
